At Hutspace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us and we’ll help arrange the replacement.
